Shannon has founded and led netball clubs, building them from the ground up, and has served in key leadership roles including Treasurer and President across multiple clubs. She currently serves as Treasurer for a major Netball Association, overseeing finances, governance, and strategic planning.

Simon is actively embedded in the community, serving as the President and Sponsorship Coordinator of a grassroots Netball Club, where he has successfully driven funding opportunities, built sustainable partnerships, and shaped long-term development strategies. He also holds the role of Public Relations Officer for a major regional Netball Association, managing communications, stakeholder engagement, and high-visibility initiatives.
